I must say that Nick at Prime Personal and Performance Training was one of the best instructors I have ever had. He gave me the tools to be able to take home and continue to gain muscle. I was first only coming twice a week, but since I have started to see a big difference in my body I have started to come 5 days a week. One of the best things that he has helped me with is my diet. I didn't realize how much food played a factor in my progress. These guys definitely take "Personal Training" to a whole new level. If you're not using these guys you are wasting your time and money!
