My 2 bunnies spent a week in the care of Kenzie with Priority Pet Boarding and I couldn’t have asked for better service. From the initial communication and reservation to the set up, drop off, actual care and pick up. Really appreciated the accommodation of the amount of space that was required to house 2 non-bonded bunnies, the pictures and videos while I was away, and the opportunity to find out these guys actually like other animals (resident cats) even if they don’t like each other 😬. I am so happy to know I have such an amazing option for my guys when away. Can’t wait to use them again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I'm so happy that we took our Ella here for our first get away since adopting her 3 months ago. Communication with Wyatt was excellent and he answered all my questions. Ella seemed very peaceful and content when we picked her up. We will definitely use this service again and recommend them highly.
Absolutely goated service, they answered all my questions the steps were clear from the get go, and all I had to do was ask and they delivered. Pickup and drop-off was also smooth and my sitter was very understanding when I was late because of my uber. If I have to go on a trip again, I'll definitely be bringing my cat back. It's also very cute that your pet gets featured on their page and you get to see updates on them.
Wyatt was extremely easy going and professional to work with. He welcomed my cat, Chardonnay, with open arms and made sure she was taken care of for just short of a week at an affordable rate. Will definitely be coming back!
In researching the right fit for our cat, Simon, when we are away, I came across a blog of the best cat sitting services in Ottawa and Priority Pet Services seemed to have some pretty stellar reviews. When I made contact with Wyatt, he patiently answered my questions and by the end of the discussion with him, my worries about sending Simon off to a stranger, were totally alleviated. We “test drove” the service recently for a few days and it was a total success, from the drop off, to the contact from Wyatt and Jessica (Simon’s chosen caregiver) during Simon’s stay, to pick up. Hearing that Simon had settled AND was tolerating the female cat in the home (we knew that he had issues with other cats) made me feel so much more settled about our decision to use Priority Pet Services. Simon seemed to enjoy his time away and we had peace of mind. We will not hesitate to use Wyatt’s Services again. Jo
