It was a neat idea that I could call someone for a 24-hour service. It felt too good to be true that they said they'd come by within the next 3 hours. That was 7:00 at night. 6:30 the next morning. Still no call no show. It is what it is I guess. I went with another company and they showed up and they show.

3+ years ago I left an initial 5 start review. Over the last18 months or so they were acquired by new owners and their service went to total crap. Their techs openly complain about their leadership, work quality dropped to beyond poor, and everything is a hard sell to something new or an upcharge. Avoid Pro-tech (and any such business owned by a venture capital group that sacrifices service for sales). Their service agreements (air and plumbing) felt more like a scam than a service. Totally disappoined, but there are other good services in town.
