I came in for my appointment the other day but I wanted to shout out these 3 girls for helping me with everything. They were so sweet and very attentive when it came to the patients. Their names were Tiffany, Stephanie, and Sarah. They are AMAZING at what they do.

I have typically gone to see Zack and Cindy in the past year and they have been nothing short of exceptional. I have been to nearly every physical therapist there and they all are great at listening, helpful, and extremely easy to talk to. I have see Chaz when I need accupunture, a different exercise, or just a change to see if there are other thought styles . I have seen Carlos, he is super knowledeable about strength training and has helped me build back muscle. I have seen the whole team and they will make you feel like family if you give them enough time. I have been going for the past year and will continue to go. I was in 9 out of 10 pain when I started and 6 months later I was at 6/10. I had to remember to put in the hard work at home as well, so it is good to ask for atleast one exercise you can do daily at home. I'm almost into the new year and my pain is at a 1 or a 2 now. It has been a long journey and many times I didn't want to go, so feel free to say I need an easier workout today because I'm in alot of pain. I figured I would get the change I needed in a few months but depending on the injury if it is one like mine where then it could take longer. If you stick with it you will get to a point where you feel good enough to see other doctors to find out if the pain is mental or physical. Physical Therapy should be seen as a daily workout and not just a quick fix that you later stop doing. I went 2 times a week, so if you go more than that you may see results quicker. My favorite part about going 2 times a week is I gave myself enough time to try to implement my PT exercises at home.

I met with Chaz to have a beginning evaluation for my PT experience and his evaluation was thorough and I look forward to my PT sessions. Working on strengthening and providing flexibility to my hip region will be a life changing experience!

Prior to today, I couldn’t give enough stars! I’ve been a loyal patient of Westchase Physical Therapy for over ten years. After recent rotator cuff surgery, I decided to drive three times the distance to support them because of their genuine care for the patient. The owner hand-picked therapists (Alex, Cynthia, Chaz, Makayla, among many others) that are friendly and genuinely care, making the time spent there enjoyable, like hanging out with friends. And each therapist handled only two patients per hour. Then they got bought out. Today I call to ask a question only to find that the self pay fee literally doubled. I'm so incredibly disappointed, as I just can't afford to pay that much, but still need therapy. I hope they can get it worked out. NOTE - I have updated this review and rating as it was probably a bit harsh. Hopefully PT Solutions can keep most of the things that made Westchase Physical Therapy great, including their therapist.

I absolutely love Westchase Physical Therapy! Yvonne and Chris are stellar therapist. It’s amazing what these two people can do to relieve pain almost instantly. I didn’t think that I would be able to go a day without pain. Yvonne and Chris equipped me with information and exercises to strengthen my back and legs. I am standing, walking and lifting. I can actually go out and enjoy football games with my grandkids and not be down for a day or in excruciating pain. I thank God for leading me to Westchase and Yvonne for motivating and encouraging me. I look forward to our next appointment.
