Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I was totally mis informed of additional charges applied to billing above what was quoted to me over the phone. When I questioned additional charges, it was as if I had caught ladies hand in the cookie jar, subject immediately changed to "your motor is 10 years old and I should have known it needed servicing, you agreed to price when I called you" Explained to her I agree with servicing and asked why additional inspection charge was applied when I agreed to have motor serviced/repaired. Woman pointed to far end of counter, stating "paper say so, you agreed" in an escalated voice. Haven't used motor yet but makes me wonder if they actually did clean inner components as charged. They did return the faulty lift motor that was changed. A week later, I have connected "faulty motor" to a 12V battery for 10 seconds which is longer than it takes for lower unit to lift while in use . Motor works perfectly. After doing more research on the issues I was having, all forums point to Stop Lift Switch needs cleaning.

Brought a depth finder in with a rubber cover with it . When I picked it up after getting a new motherboard for over $500 it did not have the cover . They insisted that there process of documenting is absolutely flawless and that according to their records the cover was not there . An employee said he would look at the surveillance video when I brought it in, but the next time I spoke with Helen she claimed the surveillance video was no longer available . I do not have the cover and I vaguely remember brining it in but I’m 99.99% sure that it had its cover in it . There absolute refusal to consider the possibility that they are wrong is owing to the fact that there are no other repair shops nearby for these units . I will take my repair items to another city and attempt to get the manufacturer to get more customer friendly repair options for the I customers
