Love it for the plants, butcher, and fish tanks mainly. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and personable. A slightly more friendly price range on garden accessories would make it 5*.

Not a favourite of mine tbh - access road is unpaved & full of very large potholes. Centre itself very popular, but I don't see the attraction of buying overpriced items that are by and large all made in China, with a few very expensive pseudo-"artisan" craft offerings. Pleasant environment. Left without buying anything, but staff at checkout looked very flustered trying to find codes and prices & there were very long queues to pay.

Great afternoon at Pugh’s! 💚 all staff were lovely and in particular Sarah was wonderfully friendly and helpful! We left smiling with a car full of trees 🌳 🌲 Thanks for being so lush!

Amazing store, plenty choice, large outdoor variety of trees, shrubs & border plants, indoor plants all priced well too, lovely cafe & superb staff. Had a lovely morning thank you.

Great plants and random tat that garden centres sell. 3 stars as car park was muddy and large puddles made it not accessible for wheelchair chair users. Staff friendly. Restaurant and coffee shop rammed so disappointed we never got to try. The shed and paving area absolutely difficult to walk through. Again not accessible.
