I accidentally signed up for a membership when I went in for a class on my birthday in April. I realized in June that I had been Auto-charged $80/month since then, and called and left a message asking to cancel and have the prior months refunded. It is now August and I am just now getting confirmation that the account was cancelled, and no refunds issued. So I’ve been billed $320 in total… for taking one class. On me for not having been on the cancellation I suppose, but businesses that don’t work with you on stuff like that lose my support. —- Hi Pure Barre— I want to respond to your message… can you explain how I got signed up? My recollection is running late for a class, signing a waiver, and giving a card to pay for a class. Hearing you say there’s a 90 day minimum makes me even more certain that there’s no way I would have knowingly signed up—I have a two year old and don’t have the childcare to be able to regularly go to classes.
I loved taking Emma‘s class! She brought incredible energy, gave great cues throughout class, and help me stay engaged even though my body wanted to give up. 🤣 Thank you so much Emma!!
