I’m not a regular since I live on the other side of the city. But the Pilates classes I’ve taken are exceptional and it’s one of my favorite places in the city for a sound bath. Beautiful space—a world away that’s worth the drive every time!

I really want to love this studio but the recent change in ownership has brought the quality of classes way down. I’ve tried a variety over the last year of new ownership and consistently leave disappointed. The overall vibe is different too, less friendly and more mainstream Marina-wanna-be feeling.

Wonderful studio. Excellent teachers, welcoming vibe, beautiful space. I hadn’t practiced in awhile due to injuries and was self-conscious about my new body but coming to group classes here has made my recovery so much more enjoyable than I expected.

Great classes and a thoughtful mix of teachers and styles. I completed my 200-hour teacher training here with the founder, Joy - it was such a valuable and grounding experience. I’m glad to see she’s still teaching here after passing the studio to new owners. Highly recommend taking one of her classes if you get the chance.

I started practicing here over a year ago, and it’s been a great experience. There’s a variety of classes and a mix people of all ages and skill levels, which makes it feel really accessible. The instructors are great and help you to get the most from your practice. The owners Jen and Kopal have done a lot to enhance the experience while maintaining the welcoming community vibe. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve strength, flexibility and balance!
