Our business called Shane at 9:30 am, We spoke to Shane about our issue we were having. He said he could be there in 1 hour, Exactly one hour later he showed up. Shane Jetted and Camera’ed our sewer, found our problem, which was a tree root. Shane got the appropriate tool out his van, and went to work. One hour later, the drain was clear and Shane was wrapping up his tools. Shane was 100% professional at our business and was very knowledgeable about the task he was performing. He showed up at the exact time he said he would and quickly cleared the drain that others couldn’t clear with a typical snake. He videoed the drain to show the completed work Glad to support a small business that does not give you a low ball quote then upsell you for the same work once they arrive. I had a drainage problem, water and gunk was backing up into my downstairs shower. I found Shane of The Drain Authority online and emailed for assistance. He contacted me the next day and was able to come to my house the following day. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it with a hydrojetting. He was very helpful, explained options and didn't oversell me for services I didn't need. I was very happy with my service and would definitely use him again. Was the price reasonable? I don't have any comparison and frankly I didn't have the time or inclination to do a bunch of price shopping. I wanted to support a locally owned business and I was very happy with his response time and the work done. Highly recommend him!

Great service today. If you need a trustworthy drain service that charges a fair price and is upfront with costs Shane is your guy. I called 3 different larger plumbing/drain rooter companies, they all advertised a low rate then bait and switched to $700+ to snake the drain.
