A broken water heater on New Year's Day is not a good thing. We were fortunate that Sammy from Quick Water Heater came to our rescue. He showed up about an hour after we had contacted the company and provided photo and information on our broken unit. Sammy brought in a table, laid out his tools and began the removal and replacement of our old water heater. It's a big job that was completed smoothly with proper respect for us and our home. I would call on Quick Water Heater again. Great emergency service although there was a surcharge for the holiday.
The Quickwater Team was so helpful, educational, and honest! They came over and did a thorough inspection of our Noritz tankless water heater. The unit is already 10 years old, but they assured us it has at least 10 more years of life in it. They serviced our filter, did a complete system flush, and got rid of a noise without trying to sell us new components or a new unit. Highly suggest. Very high level of honesty, very professional, and on time!
Our water heater tank started leaking right after new years. It was incredibly stressful. We got a few quotes and these guys were quick to reply, quick to arrive and fairly priced after some negotiation. They were fast, thorough and detailed without overcomplicating the process. Answered all of our questions (and my mother-in-laws) without complaint or attitude and with honest, straightforward answers. Came in, got the water heater out and closet drying out in 2 hours, then was out. Professional, patient and quick without cutting corners.
Our water pressure regulator was leaking, I got a quick response and quote. Sammy came out almost within an hour. He did a great job replacing the water pressure reducer itself and the connections attached to it even they aren’t the leaking part. He did an amazing job. I have been using Quick Water Heater for years and they never fail me.
Quick installed a tankless water heater a few years ago for us so I was glad to have them do a water filtration and conditioning system. We got a quote quickly and the price was better than the big companies and Costco and reviews convinced me this was the best option. We did salt free. Sammy did a great job with install, worked around my schedule and stayed a little longer because of an appointment I had. Very happy with our tankless water heater and looking forward to better water quality in the house with the new system.
