Quintessential dinning experience. Trust the staff, get a chef special or recommendation and you will be blown away. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and quality ingredients by the sharpness and depth of every flavor. The environment will transport you to a nostalgic, youthful, and optimistic version of Philly. Loved every second of my meal here.

The resturant was a little dated, but cozy and warm. The service was absolutely amazing. I ordered the Chicken saltimbocca, and the chicken was cooked to perfection and tender enough to cut with a fork. The chicken and sauce was a little under seasoned but still very tasty.

Great Music, History and Food. We are part Italian, so we love a good Italian joint. This place is so classy. We all enjoyed our meal. I had Veal Parm, I’m a sucker for veal. The meat was super tender, the portion was huge, and the sauce was spectacular. I had gelato between pizzelles for dessert. Make sure to have a lemoncello after your meal.

It was great to eat at the oldest Italian restaurant. The food was great and authentic. It was on my bucket list and it was great that I was able accomplish it. I agree with Matthew Nelson below, the service was strange. I am glad that I had the opportunity, but I probably will not be returning despite the food be great and authentic. Service means a lot to me. It was okay, but not outstanding.
