These people email you regarding employment, and ask for a reply to express your interest. I replied to 2 different people, and received no response. Are these so-called recruiters even real? This is unacceptable. I would give zero stars if that was a possibility. It also doesn't help that the only number they provide is for a call center and not to any actual local office. PATHETIC.

I recently applied for a position through Randstad and went through their AI-powered screening questions, which seemed straightforward enough. The system then prompted me to schedule an interview call with a recruiter to discuss the role in more detail. I scheduled a time, but later needed to reschedule due to a conflict. The night before the meeting, the recruiter canceled it entirely, claiming I had "scheduled multiple interviews" and that this one was being dropped. I immediately emailed back to clarify that this was my only scheduled interview with Randstad—I hadn't booked anything else—and asked to reschedule or proceed. The response? "I believe we have met before, and if I think you're a good fit, I'll call you." That's it. No further explanation, no follow-up, and no actual discussion about the role I applied for. I never even got to speak with anyone about the position, despite the whole process pushing me to schedule that recruiter call. This feels like a complete waste of time. Why bother using AI to screen applicants, have them answer questions, and force scheduling if the recruiter is just going to cancel without reason and leave candidates hanging with vague promises? It comes across as disorganized and dismissive—especially for job seekers putting in real effort. If you're considering applying through Randstad, be prepared for a potentially automated, impersonal process that may lead nowhere. Save your energy for companies that actually engage with candidates.

It's one of the best agencies; they got me a job very quickly. The recruiter, Gerardo, was very kind.

I’ve never had such a hard time trying to get ahold of an agency in my life . The recruiters here are no help this agency really needs to look into who they hire .
