As this was our first purchase in NYC, we lacked knowledge of the local process which is quite different from CA and NV. This meant that we needed a local expert which we found in Carolina. Throughout the process, Carolina demonstrated the utmost professionalism, patience and a strong customer focus. She proactively provided us updates and was quick to respond when questions came up. Darsh was truly exceptional to work with. Not only was he incredibly organized and proactive, but he genuinely fought for me every step of the way during the application and negotiation process. His communication was outstanding; I work in a hospital and am not always readily available, but he consistently adapted to my schedule and kept everything moving smoothly without adding any stress to my day. He was always quick to respond, clear in his updates, and incredibly patient with all my questions. Thanks to his advocacy and persistence, I secured an apartment that I’m genuinely excited about.
