Stephen and his team are excellent. We put our home on the market during one of the slowest times of the year, and this team was able to bring the property to market efficiently and effectively, and we were able to get an offer quickly and at a price we were pleased with. This team uses data and strategy to market property. They tell you what is going on in the market and what is needed to sell your property based on what current market conditions are; this is unlike some other teams we have looked at, who may simply tell homeowners what they want to hear in order to get a property under contract. Great team, love their process which was super streamlined and well thought out. Michael my realtor was transparent which I appreciate since this was my first time selling a home and didn’t know what to expect. I was given regular updates and felt comfortable asking questions. Stephen and his team are amazing. We have sold two homes now through Stephen. One 9 years ago and one recently. Both times we have asked him to tell us what he wants changed or removed to better show the house. His photographer does great work. Both times we have sold the first day we listed for more than our asking price. We have referred friends and family and they have all had great experiences too! Stephen and his team actually sell your home and not simply list it. Stephen's team mate Jennifer was great in answering questions and helping us through the selling process. We also worked with Kami to help us find and purchase our new home. She was also amazing and so helpful in guiding us as we searched for the perfect house to meet our needs. Having spent several months struggling to sell our home we turned to Stephen and his team. He assured us he could sell our home, at our listing price within a certain timeframe, and it happened!
