Rebel Boxing is hands-down one of the best fitness experiences I’ve ever had. When my daughter and I first walked in, we weren’t sure what to expect—I had never boxed before, and honestly, I was a little intimidated. But those nerves disappeared fast. The coaches are incredibly welcoming, patient, and truly know how to meet you where you are, no matter your fitness level or experience. They made us feel like part of the family from day one. The vibe here is just different—it's not like a regular gym where everyone’s doing their own thing. It’s a full-on community. People cheer each other on, share laughs, and really push one another to do their best without judgment. The workouts themselves are intense in the best way. Every class is a little different, depending on the coach, so it never gets repetitive. You get a full-body workout—there’s warm-up, technique, core work, and stretching built into every session. It's challenging, but always fun. And you leave feeling strong, energized, and proud. One of my favorite parts? The three free class trial they offer when you first join—it gives you a chance to try out different coaches and styles to see what fits you best. Love this place! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming! The members are the best in the city! Rebel feels more like a family rather than a gym. From the boxing classes to the personal training and everything in between Rebel Boxing Club is the best in the city! My husband and I started there a year ago and we’ve gained so much more than taking our health back. You won’t find a gym in town like Rebel! Come check us out!
