Hiring the Red Coat Ladies was one of the best decisions I made for planning my kids’ B’nai Mitzvah. They put together my timeline, helped with venue selection, and offered advice on giveaways, tipping, and a million other things that I had no idea were part of the mitzvah planning process (this was my first mitzvah)! I would have been lost without them. Pat patiently spent hours on the phone with me before the event to ensure I was prepared for the big day - both the service and the celebration. On the day of our event, there were some technical issues with the venue’s projection system that the Red Coats were sure to have remedied quickly, and they attended to issues with some kids at the party before I even knew there was a problem. Worth every penny, highly recommend!

Pat and her team are exceptional! I wouldn’t ever make a party without them. The planning of the day by the minute, the pre planning, meetings and phone calls, taking all of our stuff where it needed to go and then home at the end of the night- wow! Nothing was overlooked!!
