I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Red Kite Solicitors. Over the course of 10 months, I was passed between three different people handling my case. Each time, I was charged for them to “familiarise themselves” with my file, which quickly added up to a considerable amount of money. Despite all that time and expense, there has been no real progress made on my matter. I expected a professional and consistent service, but instead I feel like I’ve paid a lot for administrative handovers and very little actual work. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend Red Kite Solicitors based on my experience.

Recently used them for sale and purchased of a house. Poor communication. Won’t return your calls during key stages in the sale. Can’t even get the contract paperwork right.

I was involved in sale with a chain of 4 vendors and Melissa Halpin went above and beyond to achieve a Completion on the agreed moving date. Her communication was on point at a stressful point in the transaction - 5 Star I would highly recommend

Could not recommend Amy at RedKite enough. She worked quickly and diligently in ensuring the smooth-running purchase of my first home. Amy was communicative throughout and made a complex process easy to understand. I had full confidence in her work.

I can highly recommend Alexia at Redkite Kite Law, Alexia represented me in probate dispute and we worked closely over a 5 year period during this time Alexia showed compassion and empathy throughout the whole process. She is a fantastic negotiator, organised and knowledgeable, I'm confident that without her, the case wouldn't had been the success that it was.
