I emailed this company multiple times to try and get into contact with them about a remortgage deal I required a solicitor for. After months, I've yet to get a response. A couple times I tried phoning but it went to the answer machine. Eventually I gave up on them. If they're that bad at getting new business, what would they be like when they have it?
