If you’re considering Robertsons Solicitors in Cardiff for probate, please read this first. My identity was accepted on 30 September 2025. 73 days later – still no payment. Managing Director Chris Barber personally claimed on 4 December that missing-beneficiary insurance was “already in place” – yet no policy has ever been produced. Three Subject Access Requests sent – two deliberately ignored for days. Formal complaints live with SRA and Legal Ombudsman. Basic communication and courtesy completely absent. Avoid for estate administration. December 2025

What a fabulous company Robertsons solicitors are, having used them personally in the passed to sell at least 3 houses. So I thought I would ask for there help. I am vice chairman of St Peter’s Rfc.
