Just awesome. The most humble, simple, friendly and deadly Dojo I've run across. The BJJ here is fluid, natural and real. Train here whenever I'm in town for work. I'm at the point of scheduling work around training! Can't recommend Ronn and his crew enough. Hope you have the chance to experience this place. Cheers

This is a great gym! We came to Hawaii for the NAGA competition, and my boys wanted to keep training during the holidays since they have gradings at our gym when we back in Australia. I emailed Ronn to see if we could train here, and he was amazing – so friendly and made us all feel so welcomed. The gym is so nice and a walking distance from our hotel in Waikiki Beach. If you'd like to have a holiday and keep training in the meantime, this is your place. So grateful to spend a week training under a 7th-degree black belt! 🙌🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽❤️❤️❤️

A big thank you to the entire Ronn Shiraki Academy team for their welcome during the month of training I was able to spend with them. It's a fantastic club with many Black belt who passionately share their knowledge.

I took a break from family vacation to train here; didn't want to pack my gi so, so I attended the no gi open mat on Wednesday and Friday at 1130 am. I'm staying on the east side of Waikiki and this gym was a short 20 minute walk. Ronn and his students were very welcoming and I was able to get good training while on vacation and stay competition ready. The open air facility was comfortable and there was plenty of mat space. I also saw some upper belts training self defense techniques on the side, which was a unique experience to me. I recommend this gym and will return next time I'm in Waikiki. Side note: there is a local coffee shop, acai bowl bar, and poki spot right next to the gym that were all very good. This place is a one stop shop for any bjj practioner.

Took a break on a family vacation to get some rolls in and glad I did. Good group of people and enjoyed the open air facility. Was great to finally experience and hope to be back again soon. Thanks!
