My mom had a computer that was probably at least 10 years old and slow as molasses. Because of its age we ran into some problems transferring all the data to the new computer. This was not a problem for Hugo. He found a solution, got everything changed over, and took care of the old computer with a certificate of destruction. His customer service is legendary with not only competence but also promptness. We will use his services again, and we highly recommend Hugo for all your IT services.

They were very responsive - they immediately transferred me to a Tech to discuss my problem, and he picked up my devices the same day. Fast service, and the price was more than reasonable for the job done. Even after the job was completed he answered my questions and gave me further advice and options for device replacement. I would recommend FireWire to anyone in El Paso needing computer assistance.
