My mom had a computer that was probably at least 10 years old and slow as molasses. Because of its age we ran into some problems transferring all the data to the new computer. This was not a problem for Hugo. He found a solution, got everything changed over, and took care of the old computer with a certificate of destruction. His customer service is legendary with not only competence but also promptness. We will use his services again, and we highly recommend Hugo for all your IT services.

I called Firewire on a Friday afternoon because the wifi adapter on my computer had stopped working and I wasn't able to fix it myself. I was without a car, about 40 minutes outside of Ft. Bliss and Hugo drove out to pick up my laptop within an hour of calling. Monday morning, Hugo called to say that the problem was fixed and he came back out to me within an hour to drop my laptop off! Service was kind, courteous, fast, and reasonably priced. I 100% recommend Firewire to soldiers and civilians in the Ft. Bliss area. Thank you Hugo!

In every aspect, Firewire was fantastic! I was not sure to what extent my computer had been “compromised”, etc. but knew I needed immediate assistance. Upon initial contact by phone, Crystal was polite, friendly, and understanding of my situation and concerns. Almost immediately, Hugo contacted me, explaining technical aspects and possibilities.....nice, very patient, knowledgeable, professional, very helpful. Shortly after, Kevin, a technician who was also nice, polite, and friendly, picked up my computer. When Hugo ran the diagnostic check, he informed me of the results and explained and advised me of recommendations. After a brief time and completing the work on my computer, it was delivered back to me. I was very impressed with Firewire and Hugo’s computer repair services. I had great customer service and computer repair from knowledgeable professionals in a very timely manner, was notified at each stage during the process, and had reasonable prices. If anyone has the need for such services, I highly recommend Firewire.

Firewire came the very same day I called and I felt they offered reasonable prices compared to others. Hugo the technician was extremely friendly and kind. He was very Knowledgeable about his trade. He offered excellent advise on computer accessories, antivirus, programs and more. The Job was done in timely manner, neat, delicate and professional. My computer is working better than ever. I look forward to using Firewire in the future and am excited to know their is company that will come to the home and do such a great job.

Firewire computer repair is the best computer repair services I've ever dealt with. Hugo is very knowledgeable passionate about his trade. He is quick, affordable and very pleasant to have business with. He picked up my 3 laptops with various issues and brought them back the next day all working like new. The amazing part is that a few months later I accidently downloaded malicious software which made my computer act out I called Hugo and he remembered my name and helped me to fix the issue over the phone. We were able to do that because the virus was new and I called right away. What other company would do that. Hugo you are the best!!! Highly recommend him.
