A great gym! The staff are very friendly and keen to get to know their members, they’re always offering advice when you’re working towards new training goals. Plus they like feedback so they can look to improve which is hugely appreciated!

After trying out a few local gyms, I finally found the right one with Renegade. The equipment is top notch, they have some machines I have never seen before and I have been training for nearly 26 years. From weights, machines, cardio, and classes, this gym has the lot. Friendly environment, plenty of space and the staff are extremely helpful. Couldn't recommend this gym enough.

Just thought id come on here to recommend as I cannot recommend this gym highly enough. Honestly, after gym hopping for the last couple of years, i have now found my happy place and aint leaving this one. This place from the Staff to the members, absolutely amazing. All very friendly and such a good vibe in this place. If you’re looking for a gym, look no further. Absolutely amazing 🙌🏾

Fantastic gym!! Staff are brilliant nothing is to much! Cleanest gym I’ve ever been to by far staff are ontop of it! Equipped with great kit both weights and functional. The owner is constantly providing new stuff and is hugely approachable about anything if needed. 5 star!!!

Quality gym. Having trained at some of the best bodybuilding facilities in South Wales over the years, this place is up there. Lots of good machines, which get added to almost weekly and a good free weight stack/power rack range. Stylish toilet/shower facilities and cafe area
