Sasha is a fantastic pilates teacher. I do one to one with her and she is always able to think on her feet and adapt to whatever I present with. She is supportive in the mind, as well in the body as you can't separate them. She has a great sense of humor and I enjoy all of my sessions with her.

Sasha is an incredible teacher, very knowledgeable and has an amazing ability to find your problem area in your body (if you have one!) The group classes are fun. I go twice a week. My body has changed since starting, I feel stronger, more flexible and my balance has also improved. So if you are thinking about try pilates, give Plas Pilates a go, your body will love you for it.

I’ve been attending classes with Sasha for a couple of years now and it’s quickly become one of my favorite parts of my week. The atmosphere is so calm and welcoming. Sasha the instructor is absolutely wonderful: very knowledgeable, approachable, and always takes the time to explain movements clearly and offer modifications when needed. You can really tell she cares about everyone’s progress and comfort. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, this class strikes a great balance between challenge and relaxation.
