I attended the recent Women’s Retreat with a friend and we were still talking about how wonderful it was days after the event. It was held in the cutest yurt with the softest blankets I’ve ever felt. A warm, cozy, and safe environment. I like that we stepped outside for energy work that was new to me and I loved it. I’m gonna need more info on that to do at home. The breath work with the musical headphones took us each on our own journey. Being connected to women, most just meeting for the first time and sharing in a safe space is always a blessed experience. My friend and I are looking forward to the next Women’s Retreat and already have more friends to bring with us next time. Thank you! Recommend 10/10

We had a wonderful experience. I took my toddler and he enjoyed walking around, being in the trees and checking out the games and toys. He did a few breathing exercises as well. I will definitely be back to try the adult class. Thank you!

I’ve been wanting to try breathwork for a while, and I finally had the chance. The session was absolutely amazing! In our fast-paced world, it was incredible to just take the time to breathe deeply and be fully present. I left feeling better than I have in a long time—almost as if I’d just had an incredible massage. I highly recommend it to everyone looking to reset and recharge.

This was one of the best breath-work experiences I’ve had. Stanna has a wonderful set up that fosters relaxation and connection with nature. The yurt is cozy with rugs, fuzzy mats, pillows and blankets. Surrounded by the woods I felt immersed in peace. The guided breathing was something special that helped clear the way for my mind to wander and enabled me to truly relax. Stanna is an amazing host and guide through a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual journey that helped me feel connected and grounded.

What an amazing breathwork session immersed in nature! As a forest and nature therapy guide, I tend to seek out experiences that include the natural world- Stanna was a wonderful and knowledgeable facilitator and I felt completely comfortable and relaxed in the beautiful space she created in her yurt! And if you’re just not quite ready to pop back into the city, she has hammocks set up so you can relax and enjoy more of the space under the canopy of the pines! Highly recommended!!!
