I booked a stretch yoga class for 7:00 pm on ClassPass and arrived by 7:02 at their door and it was locked. No mention in ClassPass or on their website that it would be locked nor a code for students to use to enter. How are we supposed to know that if life comes up and we are 2 mins late, we should not attend the class we had booked? I turned around and went home after waiting for a few minutes.
I have been going to classes for close to a year now. The teachers are the core USP. They are compassionate and very knowledgeable. The classes have helped me with my back pain. Laura, Kristy, Amy, KB are all absolutely amazing. Jenny, the owner was so kind with all of my requests to pause and restart my classes.
The instructors Laura and Ginny simultaneously demonstrated floor and chair techniques of the same movements. Both instructors seemed very welcoming and knowledgeable and the studio had a very peaceful vibe. Great way to spend a Friday evening. I’m delighted to find this community gem!!! Cheryl rabe. Easy to find the level & type of care / exercise you need!! I had finished 9 months of PT after double hip replacement surgeries. I needed something to help me continue my strengthening & extend my stamina. Rescue Yoga has a chair exercise classes that I can work at the level I am at, and I have begun to attend other classes to help me continue my return strength & extend my stamina to get back to a healthy and active lifestyle! This has no religion, only friendship & exercise at the level you need.
I very much have enjoyed my first week at Rescue Yoga and have enjoyed every class and yoga instructor I’ve had so far! There is a wide array of classes and the yoga teachers themselves offer different classes. I plan on returning for more yoga!
