I practiced yoga on and off for about a year, but since joining this studio in October, I’ve been more consistent than ever and try to never miss a class. This is by far the best studio I’ve practiced at. Everyone is so friendly, and every teacher is knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help. I’m glad I joined 😊

Feel blissed out after every yoga class here, particularly the Bikram series. Sarah especially, takes you on a magical journey leaving you feeling on a gentle, euphoric high after class. Took the classes as running was giving me painful joints - the yoga perfectly stretches your muscles and mitigates any joint pain from running - highly recommend if you're a runner.

Love it. I went to try the inferno hot pilates class for the first. It was awesome. That atmosphere was incredible and everyone was so warm (no pun intended) and friendly. I had arrived early and had a chat with the manager and the instructor. They offered more information about the class and what it can do for me and gave me some tips on general wellbeing and nutrition.

I’ve been attending here regularly for about 6 months now. The range of classes is great, I recommend trying them all to see what suits you best as they all have a very different feel. All the teachers are fantastic; knowledgeable, kind and gently push you to acquire new skills and develop your practice. Really grateful to attend this studio, it’s got a nice atmosphere and the community is very welcoming and warm!
