Today I had an appointment, at the restore location in redondo beach and upon entry i was ignored. The girl in the iv room made eye contact with me and then look away. I then went to sit down in the waiting area to wait.. Few minutes later she appeared. The customer service was horrible because I wasnt even greeted. Then she (the girl sitting at the front desk) asked me if I wanted to get my IV in the waiting room. There was still space in the iv room. Upon entering the iv room i notice it was only spanish people in the room. Her reason for asking me if I wanted to get my iv in the waiting room. Maria came to take my blood pressure. After my pressure read she returned and asked me if its okay for her to take out someone's iv. I said sure. But she was catering to someone of her same race and treated me as if I was less than. I canceled my appointment and told them that I want to make a written report. When I asked for an email to follow up with the owner the black pregnant girl said "Im the manager, you can email me". I called the marina del rey location to make an appointment for tomorrow and the redondo beach location had already called and told Jake that I was "aggressive" as an explanation.

Staff is always amazing. And I LOVE the services! Red light, sauna, and compression are my absolute favorites. but when I’m wanting an IV, Maria always makes my visit the best ever. She’s a pro!

First timer! Went in with my partner for a new experience with IV drips and all the employees made us feel comfortable offering compression leg machines and even offered to take a photo. Had a great time! Thank you Restore, Keep up the good work! Good customer service and very knowledgeable on all services and products.

It was a great experience! Everyone at the center was helpful, friendly and thorough in explaining the process. I did four (4) treatments this past weekend: Cryogenic therapy, red light therapy, infrared sauna and compression (arms and legs). It was the perfect combination for me to get my body to fully relax and rehab after a strenuous schedule over the last few months. I've done chiro earlier this year for a few months, but I have to say that these four services did more to get my body to feel better the following days than a weekly appointment at the chiro. Big thanks to Carlina and the entire staff for making it such a great experience.

So far I have really enjoyed being a member at this health and wellness facility. I love how they have so many different options for taking care of your body and recuperating whether you are an athlete or would just like to increase your body health. They have different procedures from cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, an oxygen chamber, Compression, and multiple IVs and injections. The facility is very clean and very put together. All the staff has been friendly and attentive. Love what they do here and I will continue coming here for these benefits
