Sergio, Sergio, Sergio…. He knows what he is doing. I am in sales as well so I can appreciate the hustle. This gentleman is kind, knowledgeable and not pushy. He is why I joined the membership at the tanning spot.

This is one of my favorite places to go in LA. The staff are all so kind & knowledgeable and the services are so advanced that I feel like I’m walking into 2040. From the infrared sauna, to cryotherapy, to tanning, everything you do here has the most advanced technology that I’ve seen. Every time I leave I feel like a million bucks. And then there’s Sergio, he is the absolute best. He is so knowledgeable and encouraging each & every time I see him. Before talking with Sergio I would come and tan & leave. Sergio walked me through the benefits of each service that they offer. I tried them all out 1 at a time & fell in love with them all. If I could I would give them 10 stars because this place is simply amazing, Try it out for yourself. You’ll see. Ask for Sergio when you get there. You’ll feel like you’ve known him for years and he’ll walk you through everything. He is so friendly and kind and also manages to stay professional and keep you up to date on everything you need to know.

Ali is very professional and the equipment is amazing. The reason I give it 1 Star is because of a really weird situation. I was doing the Body Wrap, and you’re pretty much nude in it. My issue is, that you lock the door from the inside, but there’s an opening by the door where someone can reach in and unlock the door from outside. And that’s exactly what Sergio did. That was very uncomfortable and beyond creepy. Didn’t knock, didn’t advise he was coming in, just reached in and opened the door. And like I said, youre pretty much nude when you do the Body Wrap. Extremely weird to have done that. Updating** Whoever the owner is or whoever responded to my review, you are a disgusting human being for calling me a liar. It’s like when a girl speaks up and is threatens to stay hush. I’m a grown man, I’m not afraid to confront Sergio in person if I have to. I was on my phone when I did the body wrap and recorded immediately when he came in. If you want me to show you in person or the cops. Then let’s see if I’m lying. Up to you. That’s violating someone privacy.
