My experience was excellent. I was greeted the moment I arrived. The store is very clean and tidy. Although they were very busy they took care of me promptly and very very nice. I will definitely be visiting this store very soon. Great service!

I scheduled a 90-minute HydraFacial; however, the service ended approximately 15-20 minutes early, and I did not receive the full treatment time as advertised. Given the cost of this service, I expected the complete experience. Additionally, the esthetician named Me-Asia had really light pressure and I kept telling her to add more pressure when she was doing the lymphatic drainage massage. She kept dropping the Hydrafacial tips on the floor. Her hair kept going in my forehead. I told her your hair is on my forehead and she said it’s not so I felt gaslit by this when in fact it was true that her hair was touching my forehead. Moreover, while I was under the red-light portion of the treatment, the esthetician, Me-Asia, left the room. When the red light session ended, she did not return. I was left alone in a dark treatment room with no guidance or check-in. After waiting, I had to leave the room myself—wearing my sports bra—to notify the front desk that the facial red light session had ended and no one had returned. Several minutes later, the esthetician came back and explained that she was confused, she was sick and off work for some time which made no sense as to why she didn’t check back in with me or set an alarm to go back in the room. While I understand personal circumstances happen, this explanation does not excuse an incomplete service or the lack of professionalism during my appointment. Overall, the experience did not meet the standard or value promised, and I left feeling disappointed and I stated this to the front desk.

I had the IV drip for a cold I have close to 3 weeks. Prescription medication did nothing. I felt better after 2 hours of the IV drip. This place was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional.

We had a fantastic experience at Restore Wellness. The space is calm, clean, and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Every detail made us feel cared for, and we left feeling refreshed and restored. Highly recommend!

Everyone was extremely helpful and the facility was clean and inviting. The IR sauna was awesome with thoughtful amenities. 10 our of 10!
