Aseela was awesome! She was a great instructor. Helped me with moves while keeping the class moving. Can’t wait to participate in another class of hers!

Amazing! I love the studio lighting and the variety of classes offered. The teachers are super nice and always help with corrections. If you want to challenge yourself even more, they’ll encourage you and check your springs to make sure you're set up properly. Plus, going to the sauna after class.. OMG, the best!

My bestie and I have been trying different studios around town trying to find one we absolutely love and this one was it. We took a Foundation class and a lot of the reason we loved this class was Steven! As beginners some classes are hard to understand but he was so clear, precise and attentive while still being fun and upbeat. I love how much attention he paid to each of us and helped us with our individual needs. Playlist was awesome and I got the best burn. Can’t say enough great things about Steven and his teaching style!!!
