Went in today with the intention off buying a suite. Was there for about 20 minutes in that time no one offered me any Customer service. A trip to Broughty Ferry to Gillies is now on the cards in a couple of days time

Order No 55920. We had excellent service from the salesman Kevin Millar when selecting the sofas we wanted, the sofas were ready for delivery before we were ready to take them, this wasn’t an issue with the company. Then when they were delivered the guys doing the heavy work were absolutely superb. Thanks again to all involved.

Unfortunately I can't remember the manager's name at the Neptune Home department, but he was so kind to me when me and my partner visited last week, giving me two freebies which he didn't have to do! It was very much appreciated and his great customer service skills should be acknowledged :)

We've been shopping for a new sofa and a new mattress for months. Today we got both in one shop. Good quality, good price. And sales supervisor Kevin was a star, not too pushy but available when we needed help.

First Class service from the very professional young lady Jas, Jas being very knowledgeable towards the Stressless range sealed the deal seamlessly without any undue pressure. The furniture was delivered and installed by RFM, again a great couple of guys who respected my home.
