Today was my first time using this carwash. I don't know if i'll give it another try. Taekwon (I don't know if I'm spelling that right) was great. Very friendly and helpful. I pulled up today after having driven a road trip and had a million bugs on the front of my car and he felt confident that we could get it off with their pressure washer and a brush that they had there, he directed me to pull up and let the guy who was holding the pressure washer help us out before entering the automatic wash. Unfortunately, the guy with the pressure washer was not so helpful and said that they didn't have a brush and the pressure washer probably wouldn't work. He haphazardly sprayed the front of the car with the pressure washer and directed me through the automatic car wash, needless to say, I still had a million bugs on the front of the grill after we got out of the automatic car wash, I pulled around and spoke with this person who was insistent that they didn't have the brush we needed, but I waited patiently. And persisted and ultimately, he walked away. I went back and asked Taekwon for assistance and he gave me the brush that apparently was sitting right next to the guy who walked away. My son and I proceeded to brush our car. After some time, the other gentleman came back with a bucket of soapy water and another identical brush. Thank you! Hallelujah, we brushed the bugs off of the car, though he wouldn't let us rinse it off with the pressure washer.. So I went home and used my regular hose on the jet spray to get the rest of the bugs off and they came off very easily - which is frustrating after havimg just left a carwash...So I'm giving this 3 stars because taekwon was super helpful and ultimately, the other gentleman did eventually help us out after much persistence on my part. I think Taekwon would be a great manager. I hope he gets promoted soon.

I see a review from two weeks ago saying the man that sprays your car & tells you to put your car in neutral have an bad attitude & the crazy part is I just encountered that same situation & attitude. I don’t like this location! Never did never will

these reviews are hilarious coming from people who would never stand outside all day. both attendants were kind and helpful, the car wash was perfect, vacuums worked, and i got me a free one for later. y’all haters for real 🙂↕️

Ive always like going here but dont think I will come back now. The older gentleman who was spraying down windshields looked mad as hell we were pulling up even though it was no where near closing time. He never actually initially said to put it into neutral like they normally do so after a moment I leaned forward to put the car into neutral and he starts SCREAMING at me "NEUTRAL!!" like he had already said it 5 times. Dude seemed like he wanted to fight someone, no thank you, I'll start going somewhere else.
