I have been going here for years, they have always taken great care of me and my babies. I recently had to put my sweet dog down with them and they allowed me to talk about my dog, tell stories and made me feel heard. Even after my baby was long gone, they allowed me to share my most fond memories which made me feel a lot better, they didn’t rush me out the door. Very caring team. They are in it for the passion, not the money, and I will always come here and recommend them to my peers. They also sent me a hand written card in regards to my recent loss, and the card made me feel special, seen, and cared for. Thank you to Ridglea for years of service.

If you want a friendly old country doctor/veteranarian feel / atmosphere this is the place to go We have never not had a great experience here despite me circumstances of our visit. We have always taken great care of our three little girls Eva Gracie and Greta.

The staff is nice, the price has been reasonable, compared to other vets I've been too, and my fur babies come back home happy or better.

There are fantastic vets in the area that charge a fraction of the prices at this vet office. A simple blood draw here is over $60, but nicer offices with better reviews are charging $20 for the same service. I do not appreciate being price gouged. The reception desk could try to be a little bit friendlier. I was referred here by a neighbor who hesitated to even recommend me because she was already looking for a new vet, if that gives you any idea of the retention rate for their clients.

I absolutely love Ridglea Animal Hospital. The fact that my 2 dogs don't mind going there says everything. I love the old school vibe of the place. No fancy waiting room or shiny, new facilities...just good veterinarian care at an affordable price. Dr. Knapp and his staff are very kind and genuinely care about the animals they treat. They never try to guilt you into getting unnecessary tests or procedures, but they give excellent care and advice on how to optimize the health of your pets.
