Love Rise so much! The classes are super varied and there are tons of different styles to choose from. I always feel challenged in class which I love and it is great for health, fitness etc. All of the instructors are brilliant and super welcoming and friendly. The Bristol studio has five reformers which is just perfect as instructor can give you lots of support if you need. Just fab!
Really enjoyable 1:1 sessions. Felt very supported by instructors to try things new to me. First time using reformer machine. Lovely space and staff knowledgeable and supportive. Would highly recommend.
Started in June 2025 after a friend recommended reformer Pilates to assist with my strength and osteoarthritic hips. I have to say, it is marvellous to have no-impact, strengthening exercises. Having been heavy into dance and danced based fitness, my pain and mobility were getting me down. I have had classes with 6 different instructors - all have been lovely and extremely knowledgeable. They pay you individual attention even in the group classes, which are restricted to 6 people per session, and can adjust exercises and the resistance springs to your ability. I look forward to every class even though I know we’re going to work hard in it. Afterwards, endorphins abound - Love Rise Pilates in Chew Valley!
Absolutely beautiful studio! Located by a gorgeous farm shop where you can grab a coffee before/after your class. Josie was an incredible teacher, super informative and made the class challenging, engaging and fun! I felt like I learnt a lot about my body and what to work on further and she had a beautiful energy in the room, making you feel super comfortable and confident. I would highly recommend booking in with her!
Lovely space for reformer Pilates with a community feel, thanks to their regular weekly slots. Instructors are all lovely too and great at what they do. Rise has really helped me get back into regular exercise and feel stronger and more confident to try other classes too. Would recommend to anyone 😊
