I started coming to RISE Pilates about 2 months ago and Angela has been my go-to instructor ever since. She is absolutely incredible. Her energy is infectious, uplifting and genuinely motivating. Angela has an amazing ability to guide, challenge and inspire at the same time, making every session both empowering and enjoyable. I've progressed from beginner to Level 2, and I can confidently say this is thanks to her clear instruction and attention to technique. Her level 2 classes are dynamic, engaging and so much fun, pushing you just the right amount while still feeling supported. I only wish there were more level 2 sessions with Angela, because she truly elevates the entire Pilates experience. I strongly recommend Angela's sessions both for level 1 and 2.

Love Niki and Nathan. They’re both really clear with their instructions and were very supportive. They both mix up exercises so for example you’re not on your knees for more than one exercise at a time. For a beginner that is building strength this is really important. Elle, very sweet but not the same level of support.

Favourite Pilates studio in the inner city! The instructors will correct your form and they don’t try to fit 50 different exercises into 1 session. I find myself looking forward to classes every week ❤️🔥

Highly recommended Amy Nolan in the beginners classes for anyone nervous about joining. I'd never tried pilates before and can experience anxiety but Amy made me feel so welcome and took the time before the class to run me through a few things. She also checked in with me during the class to make sure I was doing OK, and regularly gave prompts as to how the reformer should be set up. It's been a very positive experience.

Amy is a great instructor, I’ve been going to her level 1 class for a few months now. (You have the option to level up to level 2 in the same class). She has a great teaching approach that is supportive and encouraging. I don’t like feeling pressured to push beyond my safe zone and Amy respects that whilst also encouraging me to progress. She also makes a great effort to know everyone’s name and include us all throughout the class.
