Great school best I have been in Training in Kung Fu that extends beyond Kung Fu systems that includes theory to practice . Theory includes the sifu knowledge of history, other non martial arts sports that is translated to Kung Fu. Looks like 30 years of knowledge. Also learning martial arts traing that touches on boxing, karate, kick boxing and wrestling and an explanation of the kinetics of the systems.
