The Innerwork Center is an amazing place to self-explore and discover, as well as build community. I had no idea that such a place existed in Richmond and have been absolutely delighted to find that they have so many tools for holistic wellness. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous programs (online & in-person) with top-notch instructors and thoughtful participants. Mindfulness, journaling, psychology, spirituality, creativity, and other topics for enriching yourself and your life. I've been attending (and occasionally leading) programs there for 20 years, and I don't think I'd be the person I am today if it weren't for this organization. The Innerwork Center (formerly Chrysalis) has been so important to my personal and spiritual growth.

I joined The Innerwork Center in December 2020 and Philip Davidson's free drop-in program, "Mindfulness and Meditation Mornings," has been a phenomenal introduction to the subject and practice of mindfulness. Having a regular group to meet with via Zoom throughout the pandemic provided an invaluable outlet to destress and practice stillness... Highly recommend the mindfulness programming at The Innerwork Center!

The Innerwork Center has been instrumental in helping me find my internal center, the place where I now have tools to find my way to a calmer, more peaceful and restful space that I go to at least one or two times each day, sometimes more than that. I have taken a class on Self Compassion, attended numerous Keynote presentations, attended two quiet retreats, and am a facilitator of SoulCollage which I discovered through Innerwork supporters. I cannot say enough great things about how much better I am in my whole existence since becoming a regular participant in all the offerings that the Innerwork Center provides!

I have been a member of the Innerwork Center since it began and was a member of Chrysalis, the organization that evolved into the Innerwork Center, for more than 10 years. I have enjoyed a tremendous variety of speakers, classes and workshops, ranging from Mindfulness for Self-Compassion to Dreamwork and Nature explorations to an overview of the Kabbalah. I have found all of the offerings to be of value and the leaders very knowledgeable. In addition to enhancing my spiritual growth, I have met many like-minded folks and explored a variety of subjects.
