My husband and I booked dance lessons for our wedding as well as mother/son, father/daughter and a stepfather/daughter dances. Kimberly was AMAZING! We all felt so comfortable and confident performing our dances at the wedding. We received so many compliments. Booking our lessons were so easy to do with a ton of flexibility for everyone’s schedules. I HIGHLY recommended booking your lessons here with Kimberly and her husband.

My Ballroom Dance lessons with Kimberley and Antonio were a real joy from start to finish! I loved every minute. Their passion for ballroom dance shines through in every lesson, and their teaching style strikes a nice balance between my need for precision and having a fun time making progress. They break down the most challenging steps clearly so it feels achievable and they both offer a high level of patience and encouragement. Whether you’re a total beginner or looking to refine your technique and/or compete, they know exactly how to take you to a higher level. I have learned so much, grown in confidence, and had an incredible time doing it. I learned new techniques of lifelong value to my dance goals. I can’t recommend Kimberley and Antonio highly enough for anyone looking to learn Ballroom Dance!

I was not a confident dancer and feared the dance for my own wedding. We decided to get lessons from Kimberly and Antonio at River Oaks School of Dancing, and so glad we did. They helped us build moves together that were so beautiful and it allowed us to be comfortable moving together in a way that truly demonstrates our love for each other. Really, if you’re hesitant dancing, or want to make your special day extra special, book lessons with them. I couldn’t recommend them more and it will be worth it.

My wife and I attended River Oaks School of Dancing to take group classes for fun (samba, waltz, etc.) when we were engaged (well before our wedding). When it came time for our wedding dance we knew we’d do private lessons with Kimberly and the team. Kimberly put together a great dance for us based on the song we chose and what we wanted. At 6 months after our wedding we still hear about how people loved our dance. Thanks Kimberly and the River Oaks School of Dancing team for working with us for our first dance (and also for the mother/groom dance) - it was a great experience and we pulled it off because of you all.

River Oaks School of Dance was a great choice for our wedding dance lessons! We really appreciated Kimberly’s approach—she was friendly, responsive, and made sure to go at our pace. She also helped cut our song to the right length and worked with us on the choreography. Throughout the process, she was supportive and encouraging, making sure we felt comfortable with the routine. The dance went really well, and our guests loved it. If you're looking for a professional, welcoming environment for dance lessons, River Oaks School of Dance was amazing!
