I purchased 2 cushions online and I am very happy with the quality of the products. There was over a month delay as one item was advertised as in stock but after purchase was advised out of stock. Once I was in touch with customer service however they were able to resolve this for me and ship the item that was in stock right away. One item was delivered in good order the other box was open and caved in however as it was a cushion there was no damage.

I ordered a set of 6 dining chairs more than five months ago and they still haven’t arrived. Month after month I have been emailing to follow up with no concrete information. I have taken time off work to meet scheduled deliveries with couriers which have been cancelled twice. Still waiting on any information. Not sure my chairs will ever come and wondering if this is a scam which has cost me thousands of dollars.

UPDATE: Since the below issue was raised with RJ living, the customer service team have been helpful in further looking into the issue by investigating the issue with a local tradesperson for possible repairs even though the wear is outside of the business' normal warranty period. I appreciate the attention into the matter and subsequent follow through to ensure the concern was adequately addressed. ******** I purchased a black dining table from RJ living 3 years ago. Within a few months, we have had issues with the table that are beyond normal wear and tear. Initially it was just the slides of the table top that were coming unstuck but over the last 2+ years, the paint on the top of the table has worn back extensively. We are careful with the table and have always used placemats. At the same time, we have purchased black cabinetry from other brands and there has been zero wear in the paint quality. When I have emailed customer service, they have only provided a generic reply that the product is out warranty. This is a disappointing reply given the cost of the dining table. We are extremely disappointed with the quality of the product from this company and looking at other reviews, it appears we are not the only ones.
