Very nice people and atmosphere. Honest! Reserved a bowling lane for an hour and met so many nice people within that time frame. Asa, Della, Hailey, Chris, Cam, Autum (hostess)Simon, Joseph and a few more names that I can't remember right off, (I'm sorry) that were extremely nice, courteous helpful and all of the above. Asa was extremely helpful in getting our game set up and advising us of where the food/beverages and restrooms were located. We had a great time and met alot of fun people! I apologize if I didn't mention your name. While leaving, Asa flagged me down (while giving him a compliment to his supervisor) and asked if I forgot my cellphone. Sure enough, I left it laying upstairs and he returned it before I left....Rare thing to do nowadays. As I was jaw jacking, Asa walked up again and said "is anyone missing this?" He had a 100 dollar bill in his hand. Found it and was trying to return it. You just don't find people like this anymore. God bless everyone that I encountered this evening, y'all were great and I'll definitely be back. Note: Keep cash on hand for tipping.

The first time I went, I ordered their chicken wings and they were undercooked and still raw on the inside. Strike 1. The place is so cool, I had to give it a second and third shot… The second time I went, there was a huge Halloween party and the crowd was massive. Service was terrible. Half of the bartenders didn’t want to serve drinks and closed their stations early. Not sure why because you could find other bartenders on other floors who would serve. Laziness? Strike 2. Finally, I drove an hour to take my date there last night. Upon arrival, we were instructed that we couldn’t enter through the front door. Instead we had to walk to the back of the building to go in on the ground floor… weird. We go in, then go up to the roaring 20s floor. Music was good, but the place was kinda dead… Despite that, security approaches 20 minutes later and tells us we can’t be there without a wristband due to private party. Why is this not publicized for travelers? Why are you closing down a massive building for a small party? Who turns away paying customers? In what world does a small party generate more revenue than being open to the public on a Friday night? Strike 3. Sad to see such a cool place mismanaged. I won’t be back.

The tap wall on every floor was down which was the main draw of us coming here. You have to order food at a kiosk, and my friend waited 40 minutes for her food and was then told they were out of several items that she ordered. The bartenders were very nice but the atmosphere is horrible.
