I had an incredible experience with Rob and the entire team. Unfortunately I had an insurance headache, as it goes, and Rob was very knowledgeable and proactive through the entire process. They did a fantastic job on my vehicle, it looks better than before the accident. You can tell they have your best interests in mind through both the quality of repair and by doing everything to keep your costs minimal. Cannot recommend them enough!

I wasn't able to use Rob's service but he was top notch in offering free advice and talking me through the process of what it would be like to have him repair/work on a Tesla. He was extremely transparent on expectations and was open to having calls on what made the most sense. Most auto body shops consist of guys that have no desire to provide real customer service but I would take my car to Rob just so that he could have my business if it was feasible. I'd highly recommend.

I want to share my experience so others don’t waste their time. When I called this shop, the gentleman who answered was polite and professional—he really did sound like he cared. That said, he made it very clear they will not work with you if you have State Farm insurance, or even if the at-fault driver’s insurance is State Farm. That refusal was the reason I couldn’t use their services. If there’s more to the story than what I was told, I’m willing to update this review. But as it stands, if State Farm is involved in your claim in any way, this shop will not take you on.

I have been in an accident last month and I couldnt find some one to work on it. Rob wagner Jr understood my situation and made time for my car and guided me through the process. Even though the car endedup total loss they guided me through the enter process and followedup with the insurence company. Their accurate estimates and paperwork made dealing the insurence company easy. They communicated with me during each step and was very transperent about everything. Thank you very much Rob..
