I have been in an accident last month and I couldnt find some one to work on it. Rob wagner Jr understood my situation and made time for my car and guided me through the process. Even though the car endedup total loss they guided me through the enter process and followedup with the insurence company. Their accurate estimates and paperwork made dealing the insurence company easy. They communicated with me during each step and was very transperent about everything. Thank you very much Rob..

I was unfortunately in a car accident that caused significant damage to my car. Rob and his team were really helpful every step of the way during the repair process. Their estimate was incredibly detailed, which made working with my insurance company a lot easier. They also frequently communicated with me about what was going on; I always felt like a priority. Perhaps most importantly, I am incredibly pleased with the results of my repairs—the car looks brand new, drives great, and has all the sensors working as intended. I’m glad I took my car to Rob because I know the repairs were done the right way, with the right materials, and with attention to detail. I can’t recommend him enough.

My family has known Rob and his family for many years. When I hit a deer last month, I knew who I wanted to call for honest work. Allstate was a nightmare to work with - but if it wasn't for Rob, Rob Jr. and their team working overtime on my claim, I'd be in serious trouble! Thank you Rob Jr. for putting in the hours to hold Allstate accountable. Thank you all for getting my car back to looking brand new! They even detailed my car on the inside making my car pick up a million times sweeter! Thank you all!

We have been customers of Wagner Auto Body for more than 20 years. With the last repair of our teenage daughter’s car, Rob Sr and Rob Jr and their whole team went above and beyond in their repair and service. They superseded our expectations. Every staff member here is honest, timely, thorough and excellent in their customer service and work ethic. Unlike some places where I have felt mechanics have taken advantage of us, we feel the opposite with the Wagner’s.
