We used to love this place but since the last few times, the “under 6” area almost always has kids who are clearly over the age of 6. They’re jumping around very recklessly and they make the area unsafe for toddlers or little ones who truly are under 6. If you try to talk to these kids and ask them to leave, they run their mouth. And the parents are just nowhere to be seen or are glued to their cellphones paying no attention to their reckless kids. Staff really should be monitoring the under 6 area and removing kids who are over 6 and making the place impossible to use for the little babies who are actually under the age of 6. Other than that, we have always loved this place. But from our last few experiences, we felt it’s no longer possible for us to bring our kids here and let them play safely due to rowdy kids in the under 6 area. The place itself is quite nice and staff is very kind too. But older kids in the under 6 area have made it not possible for us to use it anymore.

We celebrated my sons tenth birthday with his friends . The service and entry were fast and we enjoyed 1.5 hours of jump time
