⭐ Update 2025 Pros: 1) they added a bathroom inside the play area at the back! 2) I saw signs about them deep cleaning areas on specific days (hopefully it's happening) 3) the games are better and they have added a few that both my kids can ride at the same time. Cons: 1) the ball cannons still never work 2) the ball collector/drop wasn't working for most of the time we were there 3) they have updated & squeezed in even more paid games but not updated much in the "included" areas 4) when one of the paid games ate my 2 coins and I asked for help, the manager or operator only offered to reset the ride, not refund the 2 coins. That normally would have been fine except they took forever to get over there to help so my 2yr old was already off doing something else and I wasn't going to have her crying just to get my two coins worth. This was after I had to pay all in cash for 3 kids at the register because their system was down. So I do them a solid and pay in cash instead of holding up the line, and the lady in charge repays me by implying I'm not telling the truth about the machine eating my 2 coins (out of 22 I had gotten). Penny wise, pound foolish IMO. While I was very happy with some of the improvements, the lack of care to keep the most fun "included" items in the place operational combined with abysmal customer service really ruined it for me. __________________________________ ⭐ 2024 My 4 year old loves to play here on rainy days, so we have gone twice now. 2 main negatives IMO: 1/3 of the overall space is filled with machines that require you to spend more money for the kids to have fun & you must exit the space & walk pretty far to access any bathrooms. Having to get his shoes back on and off and walk to a mall bathroom every time there's a need to potty is definitely a huge negative when you're paying by the hour. It already costs $18 for 2 hours of play, and then a third of the space is full of paid games for the kids that only take special coins that cost 50¢ each. So instead of 4 quarters to play, it's $2 for each game. I understand that they need to make a profit, but there's just so much space and visual emphasis on the extra games that it really diminishes the value of what you're already paying for to even enter. They do have some very cool items like air blasters for the ball pit balls, a suction tube system to collect and drop balls, etc. Both times we've gone, however, 2 out of the 3 air blasters weren't working and the suction tubes kept intermittently shutting down so the kids would lose interest. All of the paid games were in working order but those included, base items were not. I do not appreciate the bait and switch aspect of this business model. Lastly, the first time we went right at opening and the second we stayed until closing (stayed for 2 hours both times). Neither time did we see a single item being cleaned or sanitized. I have 2 preschool aged kids- I'm totally accustomed to a certain level of germs. But after noticing nobody cleaning, I looked a little more closely and some items were pretty grossly dirty (soft building blocks in the playhouse area up front for instance). Clearly it's a fun place in general, and the kids enjoy it, but it's just not my cup of tea based on the above. Would rate 4 stars if I felt like the space was better maintained with a focus on the customer experience vs upselling.
The staff here is consistently rude and makes up rules as they go. I don’t even have a child in diapers, but I’ve seen them tell parents when to change their kids, which is completely inappropriate. The sign clearly says $24 unlimited, but my husband and I (Latino) were told we had to pay $20 for two hours and another $16 for the last hour — while other families were still allowed to pay the normal unlimited price. They admitted they were busy but kept letting people in and just charged more. If the prices are posted, they shouldn’t change them whenever they feel like it. And if they’re at capacity, that should be clearly stated. When we arrived at 5:00 on a Saturday, there were no parties and plenty of open space, so the excuse didn’t make sense. The manager is always rude, never smiles, and the whole staff looks unhappy. You’d think people working with kids would be friendly, but they’re not. Their behavior toward Latino families feels different, and not in a good way. When they clean, they vacuum right next to you and throw toys around like they’re annoyed. The environment feels hostile and not something children should have to see.
I bring my son here every weekend, but i had a very disappointing experience I had today (Sunday, November 2nd) with one of your staff members named Adrian. He was extremely disrespectful toward me and made my visit very unpleasant. I was there with my 5 year ild son and my 12-month-old baby, who was wearing non-slip socks. Adrian told me she could not wear shoes, even though I explained that her socks were designed for safety. Then he came back asking me that she has to wear socks!! Then he came back a 3 rd time !! he insisted that my baby needed to pay to be in the ball pit, even though she is still crawling and was not actually playing. I had already paid for my 5-year-old, and there were several other babies around my daughter’s age who did not have stickers and were not asked to pay. One lady with her 11 months baby was shocked she said they didn’t tell me anything!!! It felt like he was purposely trying to argue and single me out. His tone was rude and unprofessional, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope management takes this seriously, because no parent should be treated this way—especially when simply trying to enjoy time with their children. ( add to this when i just went in i told his coworker that my baby is just crawling so she won’t actually be playing but only sit where the pit ball are, and she said okay. All this in front of ADRIAN so he already knows and wanted to bother me !!
Great place to bring the littles while the rest of the family is shopping but we have had an incident where a very large special needs boy around 10 years old started hitting my 2 year old in the face. That was upsetting but other than that… the place is clean and fun for littles aged 1-8. $18/hr seems worth it!
Great to finally have an indoor playground in Pleasant Hill/Concord. The staff is trying hard to manage a lot of people, but this place isn’t that big, and there is a LOT of demand. We had to stand in a sizable line just 30 minutes after opening (on a Saturday morning) because they had already reached capacity. Demand is way above capacity! A reservation system would go a long way in crowd control. Beyond the small size and high demand, there’s a big mix of kids ages, ranging from 0 to 12. It leads to chaos! Some small kids on slides and obstacles too big for them, so expect a lot of crying toddlers often. Staff may want to help enforce ages or have more signage. Also, no changing area for babies! I understand the lack of a full restroom, but they need a changing station. Again, this place is great to have, but they have some logistical kinks to work out still. Our kids enjoyed it.

Where little feet find big fun in a safe, indoor playground adventure!
