I purchased a pretty gold chain from Macy’s a week before Christmas and was excited to wear it throughout the holiday season, unfortunately after only 3 days, when I went to put it on the clasp broke! Needless to say, I was so disappointed. I went online and came across Rocco’s, let’s just say that 5 stars is too low! I don’t recall the man’s name who helped me, but I got the impression that he was either the owner or manager, because he was not only professional, but was genuine, went above and beyond and was able to make the repair right then and there! This was on Christmas Eve, I was so grateful for the exceptional service and look forward to doing business with them again in the future!

Brought my ring in on a Wednesday late afternoon to replace a broken Shank . Was notified that Saturday that my ring was ready. He also replaced 2 missing diamond chips at no additional charge ring looked like new when I received it back. This was not the first time I used this store and it will not be my last time for sure. Workmanship and prices can not be beat.

I am so happy with Rocos!!! They resized my ring and got it back to me in three days! It looks so good and fits perfectly. Will definitely come back in the future and would recommend to anyone who needs resizing or a repair.
