Can't say enough positive things about Sean and his team of installers at Roots. My furnace finally kicked the bucket and I was dreading getting a new one. Outstanding company!!! After researching heating and cooling systems, I decided that American Standard offered the best option for our situation. Roots Heating and Air was a recommended dealer/installer. Using their website, I scheduled an appointment thinking that I might hear from them within a week or two. Instead, even though it was a beautiful Sunday afternoon, I received a text from one of the co-owners within minutes offering to help. The service and response only got better from there.
