Roto-Rooter was able to schedule us within an hour or so of our call for a plumber as opposed to a half dozen other companies that were putting us well into next week.Kyle was great. He came over as scheduled and checked out what needed to be done at our home, which has always been full of surprises with every bit of repair work we have ever had done. He went back to the shop to pick up the materials Needed to replace our shut off valve for the water supply from the wall plumbing to our new washing machine Which hadn’t been moved in14 years and started to leak for the first time after the new washer was installed

Our experience could not have been more smooth and, as odd as it is to say about a clogged toilet, pleasant! It’s incredibly refreshing to call and speak to an actual human. The representatives were incredibly helpful informing me of changes to timing and when our rep would arrive. And he was fantastic! Jared R. was personable, knowledgeable, and fixed our problem quickly. He’s a gem and an asset to the business! We’ll absolutely use and recommend in the future.
