My hot water heater died the week before Christmas. The plumber I regularly use was unable to help me. Syracuse plumbing was very responsive. Shelly was wonderful on the phone. John was here within 2 hrs to assess what was needed and then returned 4 hrs later to replace the hot water heater and shut off valve. Worked quickly quietly and cleaned up after themselves. Price was fair. I believe I have a new plumber.
