Great place to train sport, practice at art, and think street BJJ. Great coaches, train without injury, and keep it strategically playful. Check out some of the video resources on the RH YouTube channel. Personally, I've been taking classes for over a year and have loads of choices and opportunities to participate in great seminars. New location is great. Lots of room and upgrades along with the same quality programs.

My experience at rough hands has been frankly really good. They show a lot effort and caring. They teach and make sure that you're safe while performing jujitsu. Most of all, they do care about people that show up, which tells you a lot about the kind of place rough hands really is

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The students are also very welcoming. My family and I have cross-trained with this gym many times and always enjoy our time there. Definitely suggest trying out a lesson here!
