The worst arcade that i have ever been to.the claw machines are rigged so you only win every 8th try waled in with $60 cam out with 3 stuffed animals they probably paid 33 cents for.then you add on the other customers who are swearing and jumping on machines making the experience even worse. Will not be coming back lower your prices, unrig your claw machines, and clean the floor.

I’ve been going here for years and recently, EVERY experience has been horrible. We went today, half of the games didn’t have any prizes in them in the claw machines. A quarter of the games were also out of order. We went to order food, 90% of the menu was out of stock, even down to the ranch dressing. While ordering, the cashier was eating and continued to do so while asking us what we ordered three times. The floor and machines were quite gross. It has clearly not been dusted or vacuumed in months. We noticed that the ticket prices have also went up significantly in the prize room, some literally doubled. And lastly, we realized after leaving that we did not even receive two of our jackpot winnings to our cards. I want to say that I hope it gets better but it’s been like this the past four times we’ve gone. Sadly, we likely will not be returning even if it used to be our favorite place for date night.

Ever wonder what the Carnival Cruise of Northeast Ohio video game places are? This is it. If you really feel like getting in a fight please go to this Eastside establishment. If I were you I would go to the West Side establishments like Dave and Busters.
