After going to Barry's for years, I decided to give Rumble Training a try. Man its quite a difference. The treadmills are nicer than Barry's, and while Barry's is more focused on distance training, Rumble is more focused on interval training.
Partying is never worth it if I can’t sweat and feel like I’m constantly moving. This is just like an American nightclub, lots of beautiful people, loud music and a lots of sweating. Body weight exercise broken up by choose you own pace running - all in the dark! Good for supplementing an existing exercise routines. Might not be for everyone, but at least try it for the 2 for 1 package.
Rumble training has improved my fitness level, helped me shed extra vacation pounds, and converted me into someone who loves running. This class is highly effective for anyone looking to get into shape! The instructors are wonderful and the class feels like a game because of all of the different levels. I absolutely love Rumble Training!
I've never been a runner and was a little nervous about taking class when I accidentally booked Rumble Training instead of Boxing. It was FANTASTIC! Easily the best running experience of my life. My instructor, Taylor, was motivating without being cheesy. The treadmills are touchscreen and have joysticks, which makes transitioning between intervals more fun. Part of the reason I struggle with running is because it's high impact and I almost always get joint pain. Not the case here. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm looking forward to booking my next class!
